- Ringing and waiting becomes cumbersome for the programmer, and I don't
- think half a second would be long enough. Besides that, if the selection
- were deliberate, then it would become an annoyance for the user to have
- to wait to make the next selection.

- I don't have a problem with select-document having a key-shortcut, as
- long as it's not easy to hit.
